Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Hayward Hawk.

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual to drive business growth, develop strong relationships with clients, and contribute to the success of our organization.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple accounts, identifying new sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum.

About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with multiple accounts
  • Identifying new sales opportunities with existing clients
  • Negotiating contracts and securing new product opportunities
  • Providing product support for accounts by collaborating with internal teams
  • Managing the onboarding process for new clients

Key Qualifications:

  • A degree in business or a related field (2:1 or equivalent preferred)
  • At least one year of experience in an account management role
  • Proven ability to manage and grow multiple B2B relationships
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively
