We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead and drive our Hardlines priority programs from a marketing perspective. As a key member of our CM&E team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning and Delivery: Lead end-to-end strategic annual and 3-year marketing plans and delivery of multi-channel traffic plans for the owned program.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Track, measure, and report on channel results, contributing to business reviews regularly; Present strategy, learnings, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Iterative Evaluation and Optimization: Evaluate and optimize iteratively based on business priorities and customer behavior and needs.
- Goal Definition and Ownership: Define and own goals, including unlocking new business strategies, ensuring channel availability, and making data-driven recommendations.
- Customer Insights and Voice: Be the voice of the customer for your program, by diving deep into consumer insights, competitive landscape, and driving recommendations that help how we deliver to customers.
- Program Representation: Be the representative of the CM&E team in Program forums, highlighting needs, dependencies, and risks.
- Communication and Collaboration: Develop mechanisms to communicate proactively and effectively with CM&E WS (traffic, onsite, etc), partner teams (central teams), Program-related GLs, and senior leadership.
- Resource Allocation and Management: Own resources request for the Program to support execution (Interns, AVS, etc).
- AVS and Intern Support: Advice AVS/intern/apprentice efforts in campaign execution.
- Program Representation and Knowledge Sharing: Be the representative for Programs in CM&E and external forums; Define and activate mechanism for knowledge sharing across Programs (Program bi-weekly sessions) and channels (bi-weekly reviews with WS leads or channel owners).
- Tracking and Reporting: Support set up of tracking and reporting of the different Programs for main business reviews (OP1/1, QBRs).
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent: Required.
- Experience in Product Management: Proven experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition, end-to-end product delivery, feature delivery, and tradeoffs of a product.
- Leadership and Influence: Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights and working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Senior Leadership Influence: Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
