We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist to join our team at Huntress. As the first point of contact for our head office, you will play a vital role in maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and assisting visitors and staff
  • Issuing, checking, and collecting badges to maintain workplace security
  • Answering phones in a professional and courteous manner
  • Scheduling meeting rooms and assisting with refreshments
  • Providing administrative support as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist or Administrator
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
