Hollis Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Community Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high levels of customer service and support to clients and visitors
- Manage post and courier services to ensure timely and efficient delivery
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure the reception area is tidy and well-maintained
- Assist clients with enquiries and provide information on our services
- Update social media accounts and perform administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in a reception or front of house role, preferably in an office, leisure or hospitality setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Driver's license (desirable)
