Front Desk Coordinator

We are supporting a company based in the UK with recruiting for a Front Desk Coordinator. This is a temporary position with the potential to extend past the initial period.

You would be working full time, Monday to Friday, with a 30 minute break. Ideally you will have previous experience as a Front Desk Coordinator / Administrative Assistant but this is not essential, as long as you have strong and confident communication skills then we would still love to discuss further.

Duties will include:

  • Greeting visitors and staff with a positive and helpful attitude
  • Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges
  • Answering phones in a professional manner
  • Scheduling meeting rooms bookings and assisting with ordering refreshments when required
  • Assist with adhoc administration duties

To be considered you will need to have a positive and adaptable approach to duties that may be required to assist during this period. You will be the first point of contact in to this business' head office so you must be able to assist with a positive attitude.
