Our client, QED Legal LLP, is seeking a skilled Commercial Contracts Negotiator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial contract negotiation relating to public sector procurement.

Based in London, this company has a hybrid working policy, but would prefer employees to be in the office 3 days per week.

  • Drafting and negotiating a wide variety of contracts and agreements, including framework agreements, SaaS, software, MSAs, and consultancy agreements.
  • Working with colleagues to ensure commercial contracts (both supplier and customer) are fit for purpose.
  • Assisting with related commercial and legal issues.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • A minimum of two years of experience in drafting, negotiating, and managing public sector commercial contracts, and related public sector procurement experience.
