Contract Negotiation and Management

ExxonMobil is seeking a skilled professional to coordinate and manage the overall contract negotiation process for our Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses. The successful candidate will work closely with commercial, operations, finance, legal and other internal stakeholders to review and input on contract terms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage contract negotiation process
  • Support the continuous improvement of ExxonMobil's pro-forma LNG Master Sale and Purchase Agreements' contract terms
  • Provide expert advice to LNG physical traders on contract terms and commercial issues
  • Work alongside LNG physical traders in contract negotiations

Requirements

  • Fluency in written and verbal English
  • Fluency in any Asian or European language
  • Commercial and transactional experience in the LNG industry
