Job Title: Contract Negotiator

We're seeking a skilled Contract Negotiator to join our team at TEKsystems. As a key member of our commercial contracts function, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and profitability through effective contract negotiations and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with sales and customer teams to drive business growth and profitability
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with clients to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on contract-related matters to internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in contract review and negotiation, preferably in a consultancy or recruitment business
  • Strong knowledge of business policies and account management practices
  • Ability to negotiate with senior-level client contacts
  • Legal Practice Course (LPC) is desirable
