Senior Occupational Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality services for individuals with complex needs. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with service users, their families, and other professionals to deliver person-centered care.

About the Role

You will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to junior staff, developing and implementing occupational therapy strategies, and contributing to the development of the team. You will also work closely with other professionals to deliver person-centered care and support safe discharge from hospital back into the community.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a BSc/MSc/PG Dip in Occupational Therapy, HCPC registration, and experience working as a senior occupational therapist. You will also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work within a multidisciplinary team, and knowledge of current best practice in OT and mental health.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £58,452 - £70,338 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave.
