VANRATH is partnering with our client based in Antrim to appoint an experienced HR Advisor. The successful candidate will join a dynamic HR function team and contribute to the development of best practice throughout the Company.

Job Description
As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  1. Advising managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  2. Assisting in the development and updating of HR policies.
  3. Conducting job analysis and designing job descriptions.
  4. Ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
  5. Facilitating new employee orientation and onboarding processes.
  6. Identifying training needs and designing training programmes.
  7. Overseeing employee benefits programmes and addressing related enquiries.
  8. Screening CVs, conducting interviews, and assisting in the selection process.

About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR professional with a CIPD Level 5 qualification and at least 3 years' experience in a similar role. You should have demonstrable knowledge of employment law and best practice HR, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. The salary for this role is approximately $35k (£29k) per annum.
