About the Position:The successful candidate will have a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Main Responsibilities:- Act as the first point of contact for all HR related queries, providing professional advice, guidance and support to managers and staff on HR policies and procedures.
- Support Line Managers with employee relations issues such as grievances, investigations and disciplinary hearings.
- Monitor absence across the organisation, providing timely and accurate absence information and initiating the absence management process as appropriate.
- Assist managers with all aspects of the recruitment cycle from vacancy notification to induction.
- A Level 5 Associate CIPD qualification or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years experience at a similar level completing HR duties.
- Experience of conducting training needs analysis, delivering and implementing training.
- Experience in recruitment, HR Policy creation and utilisation of HR Systems.
- Ability to cope with a fast-paced environment, strong employee relations background and handle complex issues.
