We are looking for a highly skilled Director of Organisational Development to drive the strategic direction of Ulster Wildlife Trust. This role will require you to develop and implement operational processes, policies, and systems to support the charity's goals.

Main Objectives:
  • Develop and Implement Operational Processes: Design and implement effective operational processes to ensure the smooth running of the charity.
  • Lead and Develop High-Performing Teams: Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence within the team, ensuring they are equipped to deliver results.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in operational delivery and financial management, with a strong track record of achieving targets. The salary for this position is approximately £65,000 - £85,000 per annum.
