About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Healthcare Assistant to join our team at St Andrew's Healthcare. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide high-quality care and support to patients with challenging behaviors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide treatment and advice on wound care, promoting good health and wellbeing.
  • Support senior clinicians in the delivery of physical healthcare, demonstrating and promoting skills to staff as appropriate.
  • Work semi-autonomously within a team environment, utilizing good interpersonal skills and clear communication.
Person Specification

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Prior skills in ECG acquisition, venepuncture, and immunisations.
  • Good interpersonal skills, clear and concise written and verbal communication, and a basic knowledge of IT.
  • Experience working with challenging patient groups, with a flexible, individual, and person-centered approach.
