Key Responsibilities:- Support senior clinicians in the delivery of physical healthcare, including ECG acquisition, venepuncture, and immunisations.
- Provide treatment and advice on wound care, promoting good health and wellbeing.
- Advocate for patients with challenging behaviors, demonstrating a flexible and person-centered approach.
- Work semi-autonomously within a team environment, utilizing good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous skills in ECG acquisition, venepuncture, and immunisations.
- Basic knowledge of IT and ability to work independently.
- Self-motivated and able to demonstrate high standards of care.
- Knowledge and experience of working with challenging patient groups.
