About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physical Healthcare Assistant to join our team at St Andrews Healthcare. As a Physical Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Advanced Clinical Practitioner team in the delivery of physical healthcare.

The successful candidate will have prior skills in ECG acquisition, venepuncture and immunisations, and will work to support senior clinicians in the delivery of physical healthcare. You will also be responsible for demonstrating and promoting skills to staff as appropriate, and providing treatment and advice on wound care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support senior clinicians in the delivery of physical healthcare
  • Provide treatment and advice on wound care
  • Demonstrate and promote skills to staff as appropriate
  • Work semi-autonomously within a team environment
