Job Title: Physical Healthcare Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Healthcare Assistant to join our team at St Andrew's Healthcare. As a Physical Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Advanced Clinical Practitioner team in the delivery of physical healthcare.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have prior skills in ECG acquisition, venepuncture, and immunisations, and will work to support senior clinicians in the delivery of physical healthcare. You will also be responsible for demonstrating and promoting skills to staff as appropriate, providing treatment and advice on wound care, and advocating for good health and wellbeing.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have good interpersonal skills, clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, a basic knowledge of IT, and the ability to work semi-autonomously within a team environment. You will also need to be self-motivated and able to demonstrate the ability to provide high standards of care.
