Job Title: Physical Healthcare Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Healthcare Assistant to join our team at St Andrew's Healthcare. As a Physical Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Advanced Clinical Practitioner team in the delivery of physical healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support senior clinicians in the delivery of physical healthcare services
  • Provide treatment and advice on wound care
  • Advocate for good health and wellbeing
  • Work semi-autonomously within a team environment
  • Provide high standards of care to patients with challenging behaviors
Requirements:
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of IT
  • Ability to work semi-autonomously within a team environment
  • Self-motivation and ability to provide high standards of care
