We are excited to announce an opportunity for a talented and caring Learning Support Assistant to join our team at beBee Professionals in Chesterfield.
Job Summary:- This role involves working closely with teachers to support students with special educational needs (SEN).
- Provide one-on-one or small group support during lessons.
- Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Work with teachers to develop and implement effective strategies to support students with SEN.
- Provide support and guidance to students with SEN to help them achieve their full potential.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers to keep them informed of student progress.
- A competitive salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum.
