Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Operations Manager to join our team in Streatham, Greater London. As a key member of our Responsive Maintenance division, you will be responsible for delivering reactive maintenance services to our residents.

About the Role
  • Manage the scheduling of work to ensure high-quality service delivery in accordance with company procedures and standards.
  • Represent Wates at client and resident performance meetings as requested by the Operations Manager.
  • Oversee the responsive repairs function to achieve consistent performance against targets.
  • Efficiently manage material costs and ensure adherence to correct processes and procedures.
  • Monitor quality of work through inspections, reports, and analysis of key performance indicators.
  • Lead, develop, and contribute to the growth of your team while determining optimal employment levels.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess a full UK driving licence and have relevant experience in field service operations management.
