Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  1. Process and reconcile purchase orders, invoices, and payments in a timely manner.
  2. Verify accuracy of invoices, ensuring proper authorization and coding.
  3. Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies or issues.
  4. Assist with month-end close activities, including reconciliations and reporting.
  5. Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic and physical records of purchase transactions.
  6. Collaborate with other teams as needed to support the finance department.
