Agility Resourcing is seeking an experienced Financial Operations Coordinator to join their finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial operations and be proficient in financial software systems.

The salary for this role is estimated at £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:

  • Support a Finance Manager in the delivery of weekly forecast reporting and assist in the month-end close process by maintaining accurate working papers and reconciling to the financial statements.
  • Process weekly and ad-hoc supplier payments
  • Support cash flow forecasting
  • Assist with the general ledger month-end
  • Prepare daily and monthly sales reporting to senior business stakeholders
  • Identify processes to ensure best practice, compliance with policies, and accuracy of reporting
  • Support audit and preparation of the group's statutory financial statements
  • Identify possible risks/opportunities on a monthly basis
  • Support with project-related work
