We're seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our finance team at DYKA. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in managing our cash flow and ensuring timely payments from our customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of credit control, be familiar with credit agencies and other information services, and possess a professional telephone manner. You should also be confident using Excel spreadsheets and Outlook, with experience in using SAP Business One being advantageous.

As a Credit Controller at DYKA, you'll be responsible for managing your own ledger, prioritizing your workload, contacting customers to bring in cash, allocating incoming payments, communicating with departments and branches nationwide, answering customer queries, liaising with regional sales offices, making informed credit limit decisions, maintaining customer credit limits, and troubleshooting problems.
