Night Manager

At Marriott International, we are committed to delivering exceptional hospitality and service to our guests. As a Night Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight shift.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all hotel guidelines and policies.
• Direct and assist overnight staff to ensure the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided.
• Represent property management in resolving any guest or property-related situation.
Requirements:
• Previous front office experience is essential.
• Strong communication skills, including verbal, listening, and writing.
• Ability to influence others positively and adapt to changing situations.
• Attention to detail and IT skills.
Education:
• High school diploma or GED; 5 years' experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area.
OR
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 3 years' experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area.

Security:
• Maintain security of all hotel assets and report any loss or damage to the Shift Leader.
• Comply with the Data Protection Act regarding the disclosure of information.
• Complete security patrols of the property each shift throughout the night as per the checklist.
