Job Title: Night Manager

Marriott International is seeking a Night Manager to join our team at Hanbury Manor Marriott Hotel and Country Club. As a Night Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the overnight shift, providing exceptional guest service, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all Guidelines to Operations.
  • Direct, monitor, and assist all overnight staff.
  • Ensure guest tracking scores and employee opinion survey goals are achieved.
  • Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement.
  • Assist in the response and resolution of all guest issues received directly from guests or from Guest Relations.
Requirements:
  • Previous Front Office experience essential.
  • Strong Communication skills (verbal, listening, writing).
  • Resilience & ability to adapt swiftly to changing situations.
  • Ability to influence others positively.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Opera/Marsha knowledge.
  • IT skills.
  • High school diploma or GED; 5 years' experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area.
  • OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 3 years' experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area.
