About the Role

We are recruiting a highly skilled Avionic and Mechanical Supervisor to join our team at Morson Talent. This exciting opportunity will see you working on the Chinook aircraft based at RAF Odiham.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate the work of avionic and mechanical technicians, ensuring high-quality results
  2. Develop and maintain awareness of relevant safety regulations and industry standards
  3. Lead maintenance, repair, and installation activities for avionic and mechanical systems
  4. Design and implement efficient maintenance schedules
  5. Analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently
  6. Provide guidance and support to junior staff members
Essential Requirements:
  • Demonstrated expertise in supervisory roles within avionic or mechanical environments
  • Strong knowledge of aerospace and aviation regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities
  • Able to manage time-sensitive tasks effectively
  • Held necessary qualifications including authorisations as a Supervisor and a Mk4 Chinook Q Course although MK3 Q may be considered
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
