Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical and Electrical Systems Manager to join our team in Central London. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership and technical skills to manage the operation and maintenance of complex mechanical and electrical systems.

About the Role
  • Leadership: You will be responsible for supervising a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-performance and safety standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Project Management: Lead M&E-related projects, including system upgrades, installations, and repairs, ensuring timely completion within budget.
  • Client Liaison: Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams to enhance operational standards and service delivery.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record in M&E management within critical environments, preferably in data centres, hospitals, or high-dependency sites.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, power distribution, BMS, and UPS systems.
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications such as HNC/HND in Electrical engineering, with additional certifications (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH) highly beneficial.
