About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile Engineer to join our team, covering commercial sites within the City & West End. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to be part of a dynamic and well-established company, with scope to develop and learn further building services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on electrical & mechanical systems.
  2. Perform maintenance and repairs on fire alarms, emergency lighting, and further electrical systems.
  3. Diagnose and resolve electrical faults quickly and efficiently, operation of BMS.
  4. Carry out mechanical PPM and repair tasks relating to pumps, AHU's, calorifiers & more.
  5. Participate in a 1 in 4 call-out rota to provide emergency support.

Requirements:

  1. Level 3 equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical discipline.
  2. Proven experience in a similar building maintenance role.
  3. Strong knowledge of commercial building systems and regulations.
