Customer Advisor Opportunity at Jones Bootmaker
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Advisor at Jones Bootmaker in Cirencester. As a Customer Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice on shoe care and accessories to our customers.
About the Role
- Deliver exceptional customer service and provide a positive shopping experience for our customers.
- Advise customers on shoe care and accessories to complement their needs and achieve daily KPIs.
- Be self-aware, able to question, learn, and take responsibility for yourself.
- Be a team player, maintaining a friendly, engaging, and positive attitude.
- Support the maintenance of store standards, product placements, and stockroom.

- A competitive hourly rate of £11.70 (21+), £9.60 (18-20), and £7.85 (16-17).
