Role Summary

As a Customer Service Representative - Financial Partners, you will be part of a dedicated team responsible for answering phone and email queries from our Partners on their remuneration issues. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and be service-focused with previous experience in a customer service role. If you are confident in your ability to deliver a professional and high-quality customer service to the Partnership in line with agreed SLAs, we encourage you to apply.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who can investigate and resolve a wide range of Partner queries received via email and phone calls. You will analyse and interrogate remuneration data to ensure queries are resolved quickly and efficiently. Your previous experience in a customer service role will enable you to provide excellent support to our Partners, ensuring they receive the best possible service. Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with the team to ensure excellent support is provided to our Partners
