Job Description

This challenging yet rewarding role involves working as a Residential Childcare Practitioner in one of our Children's Homes in Swinton, Manchester. You will be part of a warm and friendly team committed to providing the best possible outcomes for children.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Fluent English language skills, with good verbal and written communication abilities
  • A Level 3 NVQ in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working in a similar setting, especially with children with challenging behaviour or complex needs
Induction and Training

You will receive comprehensive induction, training, and support from our in-house learning and development team to ensure your success in this role.
