Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Residential Children’s Service Lead to join our team in Greater Manchester. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of a children’s home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide leadership and guidance to staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  2. Develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice in residential childcare.
  3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve organisational objectives.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience in a senior or managerial role within a children’s home or residential care setting.
  • An NVQ level 3 in Residential childcare or equivalent qualification, with a proven track record of professional development.
