This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Residential Childcare Practitioner and make a positive impact on the lives of children and young people.
You will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children aged 7-17 with Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (SEBD) in our residential children's home.
About the TeamOur team is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to vulnerable children and young people, and we are committed to creating a nurturing and supportive environment that promotes their well-being and development.
Job Responsibilities- Provide individualized care and support to each child, promoting their physical, emotional, and educational well-being.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a nurturing and supportive environment.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care plans and achieve positive outcomes for children.
- Competitive salary: £27,144 - £36,192 per annum (inclusive of sleep-ins)
