About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Lodge Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retirement development, ensuring that our residents receive a high level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the maintenance of the property, ensuring that all facilities and services are provided to a high standard.
  • Provide a first-class service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organise activities and events to enhance the quality of life for residents, promoting social interaction and community engagement.
  • Manage contractors and suppliers, ensuring that all work is carried out to a high standard and within budget.
  • Conduct health and safety checks, ensuring that the development meets all relevant regulations and standards.

About You

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service, with a strong background in administration and customer service. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
