About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Residential Lodge Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

The successful candidate will have a background in administration, customer service, and a passion for working with people. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the lodge, including organizing activities, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring the overall well-being of our residents.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, efficient, and able to work independently. You will be a trusted and approachable member of our team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, we would love to hear from you.

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is a progressive managing agent of privately owned leasehold Retirement Living accommodation. We manage over 200 developments nationally, providing property services and customer care to over 10,000 retired people.
