About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Lodge Manager to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retirement development, ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction for our homeowners.

The successful candidate will have a background in administration and customer service, with a passion for working with people. You will be responsible for organizing activities, coordinating the development, managing contractors, and completing health and safety checks. You will also be the trusted point of contact for homeowners, suppliers, and internal colleagues.

This is a live-in position, with a rent-free 2-bedroom apartment provided. You will be part of a professional, award-winning team that is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and support to our homeowners.

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, with a friendly and outgoing personality. You will be able to work independently, using your own initiative, and have good judgment and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

You will have experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, and be able to administer the maintenance of the site effectively. Previous experience in similar roles, such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, or charity sectors, would be an advantage.
