Key Responsibilities- Implement effective strategies to increase safety and reduce harm for victims of domestic abuse.
- Provide high-quality, front-line services to victims of domestic abuse, prioritizing those at highest risk.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure seamless support for victims.
- Deliver training sessions and share expertise with hospital staff to enhance their understanding of domestic abuse.
- Strong knowledge of domestic abuse, its impact on victims, and the importance of risk assessment and safety planning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Understanding of safeguarding issues and legal responsibilities surrounding these matters.
- Experience in direct service delivery to victims of domestic abuse or other vulnerable individuals.
