Key Responsibilities- Implement effective strategies to increase safety and reduce harm for victims and their families.
- Provide high-quality support to victims of domestic abuse, prioritizing their needs and ensuring their voices are heard.
- Collaborate with local agencies and organizations to develop and implement effective responses to domestic abuse.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with victims, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to support.
- Strong knowledge of domestic abuse, its impact on victims, and the importance of a victim-centered approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
