Mental Health Support Professional

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Support Professional to join our team at Ravenswood House, a medium secure unit providing assessment, care, and treatment for adults with serious mental illness. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with service users, their families, friends, and carers to provide high-quality care and support.
**About the Role:**
In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will provide physical and psychological care to service users in accordance with their specified plan of clinical care. You will also provide support to relatives and carers, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
**Requirements:**
- Numeracy and Literacy Skills Level 2 (GCSE grade A -- C)
- Commitment to lifelong learning
**Salary and Benefits:**
We offer a competitive salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. As an NHS employee, you will also benefit from comprehensive training, excellent pension scheme, and generous annual leave entitlement.
