Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Gloucestershire. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with local businesses, identifying new opportunities, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, identifying new opportunities and driving business growth
- Attend networking events and business seminars to create new opportunities
- Meet with prospective business clients to sell financial services
- Guide loan applicants through the application and onboarding process
- Regularly attend meetings with business clients to provide support and guidance
Requirements:
- Experience in business development and relationship management
- Strong knowledge of financial services and lending
- Ability to travel around the Gloucestershire region
- Own vehicle and valid driver's license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
