Job Title: Senior Cost Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cost Manager to join our Real Estate team at Turner & Townsend. As a Senior Cost Manager, you will be responsible for managing the cost management process for our clients, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the cost management process for projects, including preparing feasibility studies, estimating and cost planning, tendering and procuring, and post-contract cost variances.
  • Collaborate with design teams, supply chain, and main contractors to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement cost management strategies to ensure that projects are delivered within budget and to the required quality standards.
  • Provide cost management advice to clients and stakeholders, ensuring that they are informed and up-to-date on project costs and progress.
  • Lead a cost management team, ensuring that they deliver high-quality cost management services to clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality cost management services across the full project life cycle.
  • Professionally qualified (RICS or similar).
  • Degree or HNC level qualification.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
