The successful MEP Senior Cost Manager will have the following responsibilities:

  1. Assist in feasibility studies and write procurement reports.
  2. Estimate and cost plan, including producing and presenting the final cost plan to internal and external clients.
  3. Take personal responsibility for making cost checks and carrying out valuations on larger projects, ensuring timely and accurate cost checking and valuation.
  4. Negotiate and agree final accounts.
  5. Interface with clients and other consultants at all project stages.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality cost management and quantity surveying services across the full project lifecycle. They should be able to successfully manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and utilize digital software for cost management services.
