Senior Cost Manager
**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Cost Manager to join our client's London office. As a Senior Cost Manager, you will be responsible for managing costs from feasibility through post-contract stages, ensuring timely delivery of commissions. You will also have the opportunity to lead bid processes, mentor junior staff, and contribute to business development efforts.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage costs across multiple sectors, including healthcare, education, commercial, residential, and heritage
* Conduct audits, cost checks, and contract reviews
* Lead bid processes and contribute to business development efforts
* Mentor junior staff and provide guidance on cost management best practices
**Requirements**
* Extensive experience managing costs from feasibility through post-contract stages
* Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC3 contracts
* Proven ability to deliver high-quality service to clients
* Experience across multiple sectors, gained in either a consultancy or construction setting
* Preferably MRICs Chartered
