Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Mploy Staffing Solutions Ltd. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with shippers, identifying sales opportunities, and exceeding agreed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with shippers, both domestic and international.
- Identify sales opportunities and new potential customers through various channels, including sales platforms, door knocking, cold calling, and networking at trade shows.
- Screen customer needs, approach customers, and demonstrate software and company capabilities.
- Understand customer requirements and offer advice on suitable freight products, with a view to cross-sell and up-sell, if appropriate.
- Manage customer data in an efficient and compliant manner within our CRM system.
- Be system-savvy and computer literate, with the ability to use MS Office Package (Word, Outlook, and Excel primarily) and other software platforms.
- Have a UK driving license and own vehicle, with occasional travel required for sales and trade shows.
- A competitive salary, dependent on levels of experience, salary expectations, and interview performance.
- 31 days of annual leave per year, including Bank Holidays.
- A 37.5 hour per week contract, with office-based work Monday to Friday.
- An annual company-wide bonus, paying up to £2,000, subject to company performance and pro-rata considerations.
