We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Mploy Staffing Solutions Ltd.

About the Role
  • As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers, identifying sales opportunities, and exceeding agreed sales targets.
  • You will work closely with our client's CRM system to manage customer data and sales pipelines, and utilize a range of software platforms, including Pipedrive, Zint, and our client's proprietary shipping software.
  • With a strong understanding of the freight industry and a proven track record of success, you will be able to advise customers on suitable freight products and services, and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • As a key member of our team, you will be expected to contribute to the development of our sales strategy and provide input on new business opportunities.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £95 per hour, dependent on experience and performance.
  • 31 days of annual leave per year, including Bank Holidays.
  • A 37.5 hour per week contract, Monday to Friday.
  • An annual company-wide bonus of up to £2,000, subject to company performance and pro-rata considerations.
  • A company workplace pension scheme with 5%/3% Employee/Employer contributions.

  • Private medical insurance available after 6 months of service.

Requirements
  • Experience working in an in-house sales role within a major courier or experience selling services is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify sales opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel, as well as Pipedrive, Zint, and our client's proprietary shipping software.
  • A UK driving licence and own vehicle, with occasional travel required for sales and trade shows.
