About the Role

At Home Instead, we're committed to providing exceptional care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Care Professional, you'll play a vital role in helping us achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing companionship and wellbeing support to our clients
  • Assisting with everyday tasks, such as cooking and light housework
  • Helping clients access their community by accompanying them to shops or appointments
  • Supporting with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, and bathing

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay rates, including bank holiday pay
  • Minimum 1 hour calls, with client matching for continuity
  • Guaranteed contract from 10 hours per week part-time to 30 hours per week full-time
  • Training and development opportunities, including a full induction programme
  • Pension scheme and bonus scheme with at least 2 bonuses per year
  • Employee referral bonus programme and mileage and travel time paid separately

Requirements

  • A full driving licence and access to a car
  • No qualifications necessary, but a kind heart and desire to make a difference to people's lives
