Salary

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.75, with bank holiday pay rates starting from £24.00 per hour.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for a Personal Care Specialist to join our team. As a Personal Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with their daily needs, promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and support to our clients, engaging in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being
  • Assist with everyday tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care
  • Help clients access their community by accompanying them to appointments and social events
  • Support clients with mobility issues, assisting with transfers and mobilization

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a full driving license and own vehicle, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. While previous experience in care is desirable, it is not essential as we provide comprehensive training to all new starters.
