We are seeking an experienced and skilled Therapeutic Lead to join our team at Field View Care Recruitment Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a new children's home in Waltham Abbey, ensuring that it operates in compliance with the standards and regulations set out in the Children's Home Regulations and Quality Standards 2015.

As a Therapeutic Lead, you will work closely with the Responsible Individual and commissioned psychologists and other therapists to develop and implement a Therapeutically Informed Training programme. This will involve investing time and effort into building on existing practices and embedding them into daily routines.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a position relevant to the residential care of children. You will hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) and have achieved a 'Good' or 'Outstanding' grade in your recent Ofsted Inspections.

You will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the home while advocating for the children and young people, enabling them to thrive and reach the best possible outcomes. This will involve understanding and implementing Safeguarding procedures and policies, as well as working in line with the Ofsted SCCIF (Social Care Common Inspection Framework).

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £58,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
