Job Description

Job Purpose

To deliver exceptional care and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

The Role

  • Conduct thorough care calls to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Carry out quality assurance visits to maintain high standards.
  • Create, update, and audit client care plans, and assist with digital care planning.
  • Maintain accurate records of client and care professional interactions on Home Instead software.
  • Conduct client and care professional introductions, fostering positive relationships.
  • Support and mentor care professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the client experience team to provide seamless support.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients and care professionals to ensure their needs are met.
  • Perform other duties as directed by your line manager.
  • Participate in on-call duties as required.
  • Ensure compliance with Home Instead's Equality, Diversity, and Equal Opportunities Policy.

Qualifications

  • Must have a full driving license and means of transport to visit clients.
  • Experience in the care sector delivering a wide range of personal care services.
  • Experience of working with medication administration record sheets and medication.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care and supporting clients to live independently.
  • Knowledge and understanding of legislation and regulations specific to health and social care.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Understanding of the importance of confidentiality and current legislation.
