About the Role

At Home Instead, we're passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Care Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping us achieve this goal.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and wellbeing support to our clients, helping them to stay happy, healthy, and thriving in their own homes.
  • Assist with everyday tasks, such as cooking, light housework, and personal care.
  • Help clients access their community by accompanying them to the shops or appointments.

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay rates, with bank holiday pay rates available.
  • A guaranteed contract, with a minimum of 10 hours per week part-time or 30 hours per week full-time.
  • Full induction training and ongoing support to help you develop your career.
  • A pension scheme and bonus scheme with at least two bonuses per year.
  • Employee referral bonus programme and mileage and travel time paid separately.

What You'll Need

  • A full driving licence and access to a car.
  • No qualifications are necessary, but a kind heart and a desire to make a difference to people's lives are essential.
