Job Description

  • Competitive pay - from £12.75 per hour, with bank holiday pay rates from £24.00 per hour.
  • Minimum 1 hour calls, with client matching for continuity.

About the Role: As a Care Assistant, you will help clients to remain happy, healthy and thriving in their own homes. Responsibilities may include:

  • Companionship and wellbeing support.
  • Help with everyday tasks from cooking a meal to light housework.
  • Helping your client access their community by accompanying them to the shops or appointments.
  • Help with washing, dressing or bathing.

Requirements: You must have a full Driving Licence and have your own car. No qualifications are necessary to apply for this Care Assistant position, but you do need to have a kind heart and the want to make a difference to people's lives. If you have experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, HCA, Health Care Assistant or in the NHS, we would love to hear from you. However, if you do not have experience, we provide full training and encourage candidates from all sectors to apply.
